After shipping, your order will be with you in a few days.

The dispatch takes place directly from Germany.

The delivery time within Germany is 1-3 days.

The delivery time to Austria 2-5 days.

The delivery time to the remaining European countries 3-7 days.

The delivery time to the rest of the world is 6-30 days.

All customers will receive their watering bags in order of order. Your order should arrive within the next few days. We thank you for your patience and hope your trees will survive a few more days.

In order to track the delivery times for your order, you will receive a tracking number for every delivery after it has been dispatched. With this you can track your order at any time and also view and select other delivery services. You will also be informed about the progress of the shipment by email.

Return shipping cost policy

The buyer is responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods. This applies to returns both within Germany and within the European Union.

For environmental reasons, we generally do not provide free return labels. Our products are durable and fully functional. Return shipping causes avoidable CO₂ emissions and is therefore not always the most sustainable solution.

To make the return process easier for you, we can provide you with a return label at our discounted shipping rates upon request. The cost of this label will be deducted from your refund.

Please contact us by email before returning the item. We will then inform you about the next steps and – if desired – provide you with a return shipping label.
